I’d recommend Vendmarque because they really do give you a personal service that you don’t get from a big company. It’s great that we deal with the MD direct and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty and come and fill the machines up to make sure that we are happy. If we do have any issues we can rely on him to respond really quickly and deliver a professional service.

I’ve always been impressed at how easy it is to get hold of Mark if I need anything because it’s not just about being value for money, it’s important to respond quickly and we can rely on Vendmarque to do just that.

“The beauty of dealing with Mark at Vendmarque is that it’s a one stop shop, one call sorts everything out making my life easier. Really friendly and approachable I’d recommend them because of the customer service as well as the fact that they were better on price than their competitors.”

“We switched suppliers and started using Vendmarque, that was over 10 years ago and we are really happy with them. The thing I like most is that they are a small local business so they react pretty quickly if there are any problems and to be honest, we don’t’ have many issues with the machines, but we know someone will be here quickly to sort it out. It’s that type of customer service that we need and Mark and his team deliver that.”

“You can always be assured of a professional and friendly service from Vendmarque, plus they are quick to respond and resolve any issues quickly.”

    Gill Clarke

“I was very impressed with the straightforward approach of Vendmarque, and when I enquired about the contract was told that none was necessary, and their service was their guarantee. This has proved to be correct – we have had no complaints, so we get on with our business and Vendmarque do the same. Highly recommended.”

“We have been using Vendmarque for our on site vending (hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks) for over 5 years now. At first I was wary about using an offsite provider, as previously we serviced our machines in house, but I’m pleased to say that Mark’s service has been first rate and without problem. Sufficient to say I never hear about vending which is testament to the fact that Mark and his people are doing their job!”

Vendmarque have provided vending services to our company for over ten years we have also recently extended our services to water coolers for staff.

In that time we have experienced first class service from a company that do not hesitate to come out to site and solve a problem on the rare occasions we run into them. The staff are reliable and personable. I cannot recommend Vendmarque enough.
